The owners vision: turn a 350-square-ftoot outdoor space into a private seashore retreat. It was a challenging space, and yet it now holds features you’d expect to find in a larger outdoor living area.
Project Details
This three-story Brigantine, NJ shore home shelters a small yard on three sides, providing a just enough space for a private pool and spa. They call it their “Shore Sanctuary,” an outdoor oasis with an infinity edge pool, with cascading water on one end, bubbler fountains on the opposite side, and three waterspouts on a third side.
The pool and spa are surrounded by wood decks and stairs, marble coping, and custom tiles. Three fire features light the nighttime with dancing flames, reflected in fountains and falling waters. And both sounds and scene can be enjoyed—day and night— from the home’s surrounding windows and porches on all three levels.
