Quality & Craftsmanship

At Budd Pools & Spas, pool construction requires more than simply assembling components.

A successful pool builder must understand how every phase of construction affects the next — excavation, elevations, wall installation, plumbing, concrete, backfill, decking, equipment, liner installation, filling, and startup.

A plumbing line installed incorrectly or a pool wall set slightly out of level can create problems much later in the project. For that reason, we place a high value on employees who think ahead, verify their work, and take responsibility for doing things correctly the first time.

We are looking for professionals who share that mindset.

Working Environment

This is a hands-on construction position.

Employees should expect to:

  • Work outdoors throughout the year.
  • Work in heat, cold, rain, mud, and changing construction conditions.
  • Work around excavations and heavy equipment.
  • Lift and carry pipe, equipment, pool components, stone, and construction materials.
  • Kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined areas.
  • Work around water, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and active construction.
